Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or offer warranties on our merchandise. However, we do offer exchanges for defective merchandise. Once inspected, defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same CD title. Please Click Here to notify us within 30 days of purchase with the Order Number and a description of the defect.

Out of Stock Policy
- Please note when ordering that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day. Items are constantly being purchased and our stock is constantly being replenished. If an item is identified as "Out of Stock," we can special order it for you and ship it as soon as replenish our supply. Most items usually ship within 2 weeks.
- We will notify you via email if the item you ordered is out of stock. If we do not receive a reply within 3 business days, we then try to reach you at the number(s) you provided with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number(s).
- Some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not yet been stocked. However, they are available as pre-orders. Pre-orders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. Your credit card will be charged when the item becomes available for shipping.
