I worry all the time about the future. I listened to Rebecca's Now CD about living in the present moment. I can't believe how this one CD has changed my life. I got in the way of my goals, especially when it came to relationships. I've let go of my need to control the outcome (which always pushed the guy away) and now have a relationship with the man of my dreams. My friends' jaws are still dropping!
