Every time I listen to Rebecca's CD Hypno-Vacation, I'm out by the time she talks about the warm golden light (and that's within the first few minutes!). I can't keep my conscious mind awake long enough to actually know where I've been on vacation but I wake up feeling this amazing sense of tranquility.
